Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500 within the UK.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at sales@storvo.uk and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@storvo.uk. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
